What exactly do you offer?
I offer emotional and spiritual support for those navigating grief, end-of-life experiences, and significant life transitions. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, helping you hold space for your feelings, find meaning, and connect to your inner wisdom.
Is this the same as therapy or counseling?
No. While my work is deeply therapeutic and rooted in emotional understanding, it is not clinical or diagnostic. I do not provide mental health treatment. My work is spiritual and holistic in nature, centered on presence, sacred listening, and soulful support.
Are your sessions religious?
My work is spiritual, not religious—unless you wish to bring your faith into our sessions. I am deeply respectful of all belief systems, and our time together is guided by your values and traditions. My intention is always to create a sacred, safe, and respectful space.
Do you offer hands-on care or practical help?
No, I am not a nurse, social worker, or hands-on caregiver. My role is that of a coach and companion—a guide for the heart and soul. I work alongside, not in place of, medical or caregiving professionals.
Can I work with you even if I am not grieving?
Absolutely. Many clients come to me during times of transition, uncertainty, or spiritual seeking. Whether you’re going through a life change or simply longing for deeper emotional and spiritual connection, you are welcome here.
How long do people usually work with you?
There’s no set timeline. Some people come for a few sessions during a difficult time. Others choose ongoing support. We’ll work at your pace, based on your needs and what feels supportive to you. You are never locked into anything. You can come once, come occasionally, or come consistently. Our time together will always be shaped by your needs, not a program.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. In-person availability depends on your location and scheduling, while virtual sessions allows us to connect from anywhere. We’ll find what feels most supportive and accessible for you.
How can you help?
I offer emotional and spiritual support for those going through painful life changes; whether that’s grief after a loss, a major life transition, or end-of-life preparation. I help you slow down, feel less alone, and process what you are experiencing at your own pace. Together, we gently explore what is on your heart; your emotions, your fears, your questions about life and faith. I provide a calm, supportive space to be heard, make meaning, and find your way forward. My work is not clinical or diagnostic. Instead, it is companioning and coaching of the soul; rooted in deep presence, compassionate listening, and spiritual insight.
Why would I choose you instead of a licensed counselor?
A licensed counselor is the best choice for those dealing with serious mental health concerns such as depression, trauma, or anxiety disorders. I am not a therapist, and I do not diagnose or treat mental illness. I offer something different: emotional and spiritual support for people who are hurting, grieving, or going through profound change; but who are not in crisis or clinical distress. Some of my clients also work with a counselor, and find our work complementary. Others simply want a quiet, compassionate presence to talk to, reflect with, and help them make spiritual sense of life’s harder moments.
What are your qualifications?
I bring a background in psychology, national board-certified coaching, holistic training, and end-of-life doula work; but more importantly, I bring warmth, calm, and the ability to hold space for sorrow, soul-searching, and sacred questions. You might say I do not offer treatment. I offer accompaniment… and that can be just as healing.
